an absolutely splendid display-- a healthy peacock with a great tail and you were on the spot-- Whenever I see a pecock he seems to be moulting-!

This is a real beauty of a shot. I am never in the right place to catch a peacock with fan spread so I'm quite jealous.

Such a beautiful bird the peacock is - very lovely and vibrant colours and I like the composition with the neck coming from the edge of the frame.

Such a striking shot making a bold statement which is mainly to do with the superb colour and luminosity in the feathers. I like the composition filling the frame beautifully.

I have a similar image, it's now printed, framed and adorning the wall of the spare bedroom (decorated recently in blue and cream) - it looks fantastic, even if I do say so myself! Smile

You've caught yours brilliantly, all the eyes are beautifully sharp! (With mine he 'shivered' as I pressed the shutter and the tail eyes are slightly soft!)
