There's only one pear left now - and having eaten this one in the name of a photograph, I ended up no longer hungry so decided to skip dinner - starting to get the munchies now

Thanks folks The core is now out on the bird table - they always get dumped out there and someone usually comes along and finishes it off for me One pear left - I fear I might have to buy some more!
Oh and yes it was a bit juicy - not as tasty as I'd have liked but flipping messy
As for a whole box of cornflakes - I really don't think I could manage that - now a bag of haribo jelly babies is another matter.......
You can't beat a nice juicy one....pear that is
