I can't decide if the still life pics I did this afternoon are up to scratch or not - I'll look at them again tomorrow and decide then.
Meanwhile here's another from yesterday - well it's either that or a bee on a bit of Goldenrod ![]()

Nice to see what hides behind the mask Alison..........................![]()
If I can be critical though, I do find most of your wonderful self portraits always seem to have a large blank area! I don't know if this is intentional, if it is, fair enough, but I feel if you fill it with something, maybe some 'netty' stuff or other props it would just balance it up a tad, IMHO.
Hope you don't mind?
Thanks everyone ![]()
Stewart - I've no problem with your comment
I'm just a lover of big blank spaces - and I even crop the pictures further before uploading
Actually it would be a bit of a challenge to see if I couldn't fill the space a bit - it wouldn't hurt to stretch my brain and have a go
What a corker !......Alison, these just get better & better !!!!.....lovely quality again, but the 'darker' side of your 'character' has been replaced by an almost 'cheeky' look ?, 'cos I reckon
those eyes are smiling, & you've got a cheeky grin behind those (2-blimey !) masks !!!!!
Love this 'series', but this one's much more feminine, & delicate, with a bit of 'girlie' sparkle from the highlights on the shoes......great stuff !!!!
