For my next GCSE project at school, we were given a choice of topics to choose from including Landscapes, Changes Natural Forms... e.t.c

Out of all seven, I choose stairs/escalators... so coming up are examples of my work for that topic... starting with a lego man going down 'Penny Steps'

Comments will be appreciated! Smile

A lovely image! I like the colours and the concept. You've focused well on the main subject, with good depth of field.

Good for you, choosing something less traditional than Landscapes Smile
I agree with Karen's points. Perhaps you might consider a crop off the right to de-centre the Lego man: placing your subject off-centre makes for more visual interest, and there isn't anything beyond the last step except plain background.
I hope your GCSE course is going well.

The pose of the character is so well done. Youve managed to achieve a very real sens of motion, - excellent.

I would also go with Bills suggestion, - it could add a little more of a dynamic feel to the shot.
