Great picture. I might have cropped the top and bottom a little to focus attention on the bird. Or maybe crop right down to the bird's head and emphasize the colours around the eye.

Trogdor....I considered a tighter crop but decided i likes the depth of field that the fore and back ground gave the image. Also i feel it needs nothing else to put more attention on the bird as it is almost filling the frame.

Great shot... wonderful colours and plenty of detail... but have to agree with Trogdor about a tighter crop to focus attention more on the bird. Smile
