Excellent manipulation! Not sure what sort of colour filter you mean? I think a sepia tone wouldn't suit this photo as it is not old enough. What caused the cast in the original photo?
I have recently been tinting old B&W photos in PS and have uploaded some recently. If you are interested in doing that I can PM you the links of the tutorials that I used! Let me know if you are interested.
