... thank you johnke ... first time i saw pink sails on a boat from the usual white or blue ones ... so upped the blues in the surrounds ...

I really like what you have set out to achieve here....but....

the blue in the sky / clouds is unreal and the noise in the clouds is really obvious...

have you thought of or tried doing the image as a black and white and leaving the boat in colour ?

I think that would bring out the cloud detail naturally in contrast and the splash of pink from the boat will look FAB!

Just an idea, good luck.

... thank you steve_eb ... for the suggestion .... i would try that ... this photo is a direct upload taken from the mobile after bumping it up in snapseed ... would definitely do another version as you suggested ...
