Lovely colour on the rose but the Astrantia in V2 makes a magical image, like natural fireworks.

Beautiful rose but wasn't keen on the Astrantia - looked too posed. Chris

Fabulous image. As I've gazed at my garden through the rain of the last few days I have to admit the rain is good for the colours (not to mention the plants themselves). You make me feel guilty for not dragging myself out there to capture a few of my own. Maybe this afternoon ...

V1's tranquility does nothing to prepare one for the Wow! factor of v2, Rock. Two very contrasting images, and I think they deserve a vote each.

A very pretty Rose, unlike mine seems free of Black Spot, lucky it and lucky you! Enjoyed that array of delicate colours in V2 also.

Version two lends itself to a nice abstract image, and gets my vote here.
