Three pipes in the stonework here, although it may take you a few seconds to find the third one.
I rolled up bigger joints than this back in the 70's !!
See the 3rd one just fine. Nice crisp image.......Sandy
Great joints - I mean pipes Mick ! Great texture in here as well ! A great photo
It's intriguing tryin to guess what they are for, nice textures.
The joints you rolled in the 70's explains a lot. :-o
Happy belated birthday.
it's that tell-tale rust!
Found the 3,great Textured and rusty image
I glad it not my pipe...
A very nice find...
Lots of detail, textures and of course rust in this well observed composition.
I do love a good pipe or joint for that matter (pipe joint obviously)
Nice one Mick
Another great find. That third pipe IS tiny - wonder what it was for!
Super composition Mick,
An image crammed with everything.
Quote: An image crammed with everything.
Sums it up nicely Mick.
Well captured and you make it look so easy!
A definite case of rustographer's droop, Mick. Lovely colour and a very effective crop.
On the subject of joints, my knees are getting very rusty these days. But they're not worth a photograph
It's the Two Ronnies sketch!
Cast irom must be your dream material , it provides a kaleidescope of colours, textures, shapes and uses just the perfect stuff
Curious little pipe and very modest amount of rust in this image.
Are you loosing your touch? Maybe you could use a 70's joint again!
Great texture on this rusty pipe, Mick - nice comment from Kate
I always look forward to your new editions of rust. This one also has great stone textures!
We always had bigger joints in the 70's mick Beef and lamb was so much cheaper in them days............. and there were 6 of us
Thank god - you're back on you rust again ~ you had me worried for a while Mick. Welcome back
My joints are bigger that they were in the 60's, but that's old age for you. Creak like rusty Transylvanian hinges too
Don't know what to say about this one Mick, but it made me laugh for some reason.
Well after all that drinking on your birthday....
Great image, a very good looking wall! As for that pipe... Well....
Nice one Mick! IB
PS - Something green on Monday please? (Green rot would do...)
Ah, those were the days, Mick getting stoned to the sound of the Stones, groovy baby, WOW! the colours!..ah, no that was lsd wasn't it, that last bit...what was the question again???
Simple but effective shot with lovely colour tones besides the rust. The third pipe makes one wonder.
Yes, I can just the spot a third little pipe lurking in the bottom right! Nice rusty textures here against a nice textured wall, Mick
A triple treat with an ideal cut off point Mick. Great find.
Found the third one Mick. Lovely detail and texture
Don't know where you find them Mick but it's sure a cracker well done mate.
the smallest one is mature, the big one vintage and the third one is camouflaged in virgin white.
found them 3
Yep found the little one too. Moira
Why do I feel like putting the rollie in the hole anyway moving on, good shot Mick like the info had to laugh you alway come up with something different, nice one.
A piece of pipe not a pipe of peace! lol. yep three pipes tiny overflow at the lower half of the shot, well spotted Mick! you should treat yourself to a Guinness for that, regards Leon.
looks like the end is nicely corroded . You'll love that Mick!! paul
Whistles or pipes - I love them all.
Is it worth it if I climb on that wall, Mick??
Nice rusty pipes, apart from the plastic one, although clay works just as well without the joint.
Yup found the third one immediately Mick it's that long brown one running from top left down to the bottom of the image.
I cannot upload anything or get to my emails as I have no computer. It well and truly bu**ered and is now resting in the skip. My new one will come on Monday and I should be up and running by Tuesday. At the mo I am using my mates lap top.
hopefully with different materials, I mean, the joints!
Why does this image make me want to giggle Maybe remembering the joints I rolled in my time.
Glad to see that you have plenty of new material in the pipeline and that your enthusiasm for this type of photography hasn't drained away. I'm just guttered that I did not see something like this!
