Taken on my husband's golf course earlier this year.
Many thanks for all the varied comments and preferences
re my Four Brown Botttles. I did use the wrong aperture
on that particular batch so not as sharp as I like.
I hope some of you will take up the challenge with four objects!
Have a lovely weekend.

Works well with the out of focus FG grass Kate.
However,I do find it a bit distracting with the bits above the height of the fence !!
Good colour and green tones.
Well lit too.
Mick.

More rules broken, Kate.
Don't think I don't notice these things!
At least the bench has three staves across.
Cutting the picture across like that has good dramatic value so you've ended up with a fine picture - as always.

I also agree with Mick, but I like the contrast created by this out-of-the-ordinary focus work which makes the image poignant, so it becomes justified for me.

I said we have a different eye to images. I would crop this on the insides of those white posts...
My viewpoint only....
Aren't we lucky we like things differently....otherwise the world would certainly be boring

A lovely image, Kate!
It looks like a challenging golf course - far too much rough for me!!
Hope you didn't 'click' when a crucial putt was being taken!!Wink

Being of the old school Kate I do not like any thing to bar me from entering the frame, my focus is on the defocused area all the time.

I can see what you were trying to achieve Kate but the out of focus foreground d is just a little too much for these old eyes... Good effort though

Capture beautiful but your fence is awesome.

I love fences. This is a nice take and you have the flow of the weeds.

Very nice.
