Welcome to EPZ, I hope you enjoy your stay.

Lovely image. I have made few mods . . . . . just a few ideas.

Aha! The old problem of shooting light and shadow at the same time!
There are members who are far better qualified than I who will explain how best to avoid the light and dark effect you have here.
However! I've modded it so as to shed a little light (sorry!) on the grassy bank in the foreground.
Using the magic wand I separated the dark bit and adjusted the exposure bring out some detail. Then I inversed my selection and adjusted the tone in the lighter bit.
I feathered the edge between the two by a few pixels. I'm not really happy with the join but you'll get the idea.
Finally. I sharpened the whole thing.
Hope it's OK.

Bren.

Wow, okay, I wish I knew as much about photo editing as you both did! My Photoshop skills are very basic but hey, I am only beginning, so there is plenty time right? Maybe something to put on my Christmas list Smile
Thank you both for your mods, both look loads better than my original which now just looks washed out!

Quite good - well composed. Just does need that contrast boost to liven things up.
