When I first noticed this poppy it was still in bud, but I loved the creased petals after it had just unfurled.

I always think of the poppy's crown as looking like a fondant sweet
!
I like the way you have used the little opening in the petals to focus upon the centre. This poppy is a beautiful colour, the light is excellent, and has given you a wonderful shadow at the bottom, making the stamens look like dancing ladies in silhouette.
