A Red Iceland Poppy (Papaver nudicaule)
Origin: Nothern sub Artic regions.
In the wild these flowers are either white or yellow but over the years garden varieties have seen the range of colours extended through many pastel shades and red. Though perennials, mostly grown as annuals from seed.
Bg was black card, darkened in PS, cropped to a square & frame added.
