Another from last night's club outing at Port Glasgow.
Thank you all for votes/comments for yesterday's versions.
Tremendous beautiful. Colours super
A different view point but the same great image Kate. - gary
Great shot Kate , minor point which is spoiling a very nice image is the unnatural purple colours in the sky on the top left of shot , possibly over processed or maybe I've got it wrong and it's what you had on the night , still cool shot .
Like the colours Kate.
Natural or unnatural, whatever is the case !!
A very lovely sky in this. Well captured.
A lovely tinge of pink in the sky, Kate, well composed and captured. Carol
Really like this Kate great colours in the sky
It seems we are divide about the purple sky which just goes to prove that we are all different. If this were mine (I wish) I would use Hue/saturation to desaturate the magenta.
Nice composition and an interesting sky.
Love the purple hues in the sky here Kate, no need to desaturated in my opinion, great composition too.
Some lovely colours again in this one Kate, nice one!
Lovely image, Kate but I think I agree with Lynne's point about taking the magenta down a tad.
You are seeing the impact ok now. This is in the colour with good light and composition. Well done Kate.
A terrific image, Kate. Gorgeous colours and compo.
I really like the composition and that beautiful sky, Kate!
Have No 30 on me Kate.
Very pleasing Kate nice work
Such a wonderful time of day.....a gorgeous twilight image.
even better than the yesterday's images.. your composition here is very good.. a wonderful atmosphere here.. love the clouds, love the water.. love evertything about it.. and that little rust on the lighthouse adds to the bucolic charm of the place..
Not so keen on the magenta sky, Kate. Maybe a mono conversion? and maybe crop the bottom and right side to leave the lighthouse on the bottom right third and leave out the grass foreground making a feature of that moody sky with the lighthouse as the foreground interest??
Beautiful serene shot !!.......I used to get this effect when using a grad. filter on the lens ?, so stopped using it
because of the colour tint.....yet it's strangely appealing in this scene ??.
I like it as it is Kate
I did use filters in this and desaturated effect also!
A beautiful image
Stunning image... Nothing I would change...
It looks amazing with that great sky with sublime colour!
I agree completely with Dave, and I think a mono would work really well.
Lovely Kate - did you use a filter to get that colour in the sky?
The magenta needs toning down a bit but apart from that I think its a cracker
