I have to say that the photoshopped 'water droplets' don't work imo and do nothing to enhance the model's looks or add anything positive to the image. I think you'd be better off photographing her behind some wet glass rather than faking it in PS if this is the effect you're after.

It seems to me the light and detail you had before the PS work would make this a far better photo. The toning is fine, although I'd prefer the darks to be darker, especially in the model's hair.

Some experiments work and some don't, but it's a healthy attitude that isn't afraid to try something different.

This is only an opinion and I hope you don't mind the feedback.
