I really like the tone and light of this, but two things caught my attention -
She's not looking to the camera (not always a rule to be followed slavishly, of course, but I think it might have worked here) and also, I think this would have been much stronger if she'd not stood in front of that black corner of the wall.
The wall itself with the cracked paint looks like a fantastic background, and could have been better used.

Hi Tony,

Interesting Shot, looks lite i had 2 light sources but not flash.

The things i notice are the shadows on her left and right, they seem too harsh, the black corner shadow above her head also loses her hair definition. Maybe a blip of fill in flash have lost the shadows and made her face stand out from the wall a bit.

thanks, i hadnt noticed the background with the black line and it did have two main light sources.
i was focusing on the face to much to notice the rest of the shot .
i`ll take that into account next time i get to drag my daughter out for a portrait shoot.
i need all the help i cant get with portraits so thanks again
