With this photograph, i have just been practicing my editing skills.
There are quite a few skin blemishes that I would clone out, not sure what you were practicing so not sure if my comment helps.
Nice shot anyway.
Hi I don't currently have photoshop so I'm using a online editor call picnik unfortunately you have to pay to use the clone tool on there
Such a beautiful portrait - I love the rich tones you've caught. Because you've edited in some places and not others it leaves quite a patchy effect, but I can see what you were trying to achieve. The fact you've caught such a wonderful portrait to start with has given you something brilliant to play with!
I do like the detail in this photo specially around the eyes . You could always download photoshotp elements for a 30 day trial given it ago
I do think you've over sharpened the eyes. A lovely model, and if you've got the healing brush a few spots could be removed. ............Sandy
You can always improve your editing skill with practice and might want to try Picasa from Google.
More importantly - the basic portrait is really good, and having the eye for composition is a much more difficult thing to try to teach - so - keep on practising your editing - and well done on a super image
Very nice - well done!
