Until a few years ago this was a fairly modest house, but then (I'm guessing) it was sold and it was considerably remodelled with a large addition being made, V2 shows the view they have up Powell's Cove, so you can well appreciate why someone would consider it a very desirable location and worthwhile project!

Best viewed large + F11.

Many thanks for your C&C's on 'Powell's Point P.P.' much appreciated.

We got off lightly last night only getting 15cm.(6") of snow, instead of the 25cm. (10") they were predicting, and the temperature has soared to 5C (41F) today, so the clean-up was helped by that too!

Two lovely shots from warmer days, Jim, and such a pleasure to see at this time of the year when, on looking out the window, everything id black and brown after the heavy snows and frost.

2 beautiful shots Jim. You are right, no wonder someone wants a house here with this view. Really like V2, quite breathtaking and such a lovely sky. Wonder if they want a lodger, only in summer though Smile. Moira

Nice shots Jim.
It seems that your weather is following the same pattern as ours did here, if it is you should, in a week or so, start getting a thaw.
Cheers,
Brian

Aw Jim, these are two jewels. The setting for this hous is perfect, great composition! And v2 is a wonderful place to relax - in nature as well as on the screen. Fabulous.
