Now we're going for a walk round the back trail in the park, I'll show you some of what caught my eye as we go along.
V1: Looking back on the start of our trip.
V2: I liked this!
V3: We go into the more heavily wooded section of the trail.
V4: Hard to believe that 10 years ago you could drive this trail, as I've often said this park is sadly neglected.
V5: I can't explain why, but I think this is the best shot I got.
V6/7/8: Just to keep us going forward!
V9: The end of the trail, hope you've enjoyed our stroll!
Many thanks for your C&C's on Powell's Cove, as I've confessed before, the praise for my panoramas belongs more to PS than me.

A beautiful walk in the woods, Jim, some lovely views down the trail and v5 does stand out as different. The foreground shade contrasts well with the sunlit distance and the log gives a good horizontal to the vertical trees.

I really like the simplicity of v2 - reminds me of walks I've taken where the sun just hits the low growing foliage and grasses just so, and you snap to remember the moment.

I almost feel as though i've walked through the park with you on this virtual guided tour, v1 is my favourite fro the light and shadows and the view across the lake that you can see through the trees. Some of those paths look similar to some of the remote forest trails in the Forest of Dean, I hope there aren't any wild beasts to be found lurking in the bushes!
