Many thanks for all your comments on my last upload and to Jaydee007, and Bagman for their UA all very much appreciated.

Back to the canoe slalom race and number 7 working hard to power on round the gates and on through the course. Lots of effort going on here
Shot with my 50mm on a 7D giving a focal lenght of around 80mm.
