Many thanks for clicks and comments for yesterday's Dancing dog
[Several people mentioned the background which links the series of images together - thought you might like to know that it was grass cuttings floating on a big puddle after the flooding]
This was taken from exactly the same place but on a different day- namely from our caravan.
A very stormy sky was followed by a downpour and then out came this rainbow.
But this is not about the rainbow, its about the two completely different groupings of people - one huddled under umbrellas and the two girls dressed only in swimming costumes walking the dogs. Both actually in sensible clothing for heavy rain, but how different can you get!!

A wonderful image in and of itself the tones and that rainbow grand but they symbolism of the two oh so different parties on the beach do it for me well composed and captured indeed Colin

This made me smile! It just about sums up the British weather doesn't it?! Great juxaposition of these people, as you say, both appropriately, if different clothed!

Great composition - it just looks right - great! Perhaps its the light falling on the two swimmers making them look positive about things and the dark of the other figures ?? Malcolm

It does make sense to wear a swimming costume in the rain when you think about it. Not that I would wear one however !! Good contrast of styles here Helen.
