This is Faeden deciding to be a pain in the neck and not move lol The aperture was set to 1.8 using the same lens as I normally do. I adjusted the exposure and sharpened it in photoshop afterwords.

Normally we'd like to see the eye sharp, but this is one of those instances where an out of focus eye is ok as the attention goes to the nose. A susch the highlight in the eye could be toned down - I'll try a mod - so it's less, er, eyecatching!

You say you adjusted exposure in Photoshop. How much adjustment did you do? Your exif says you used manual exposure, but how did you choose the particular exposure, was it a straight reading from the camera?
If you can remember it will help any critique, and help you in the future.

However, the result you have gor here looks pretty good.

I simply adjusted all the levels manually in photoshop until I thought the picture was bright enough with as much detail as I could keep. I normally makes sure when taking the photograph that my exposure is set correctly according to what the camera is telling me then adjust it after words in photoshop
