This image shows a clutch of medals which I was awarded whilst serving in Her Majesty's Armed Forces. For me this time of year is as special time of year for many many reasons. One being that whilst we are enjoying the build up to Christmas, we must not forget those men and women of our armed forces who are willing to pay the ultimate sacrifice in order that we may feel safe from the ever increasing threat from global terrorism.

Regards Nathan

The dead rose and the hints of reflections add a lot, this is about memories and reflections as well as pride. A thoughtful, careful, sensitive image.

Beautifully photographed. I think this is a lovely reflection on your and others' past. A quiet reminder also that there are many still serving and many in need of the help of your chosen charities.

A beautiful sentiment without being sentimental - if you follow my drift Smile
