Sprig of Prunus Blossom captured with strong back lighting, the b/g a silver birch 70 yards away and arranged so that an OOF main branch softly echoes the prunus twig.

lovely, enchanting backlight enchants the blossoms. the grey backdrop makes the blossoms shine even more.
Glad to see you found a bit of sunshine, all our blossoms have been rained off - wonder whether we'll have 3 or 5 apples this year.

We enjoy our neighbours tree, but this year it does not seem to be flowering as well as it normally does,maybe the late frosts caught the budsSad

This looks like the stuff we've got at the bottom of our garden, the next time the sun comes out and there is a blue sky i'll be straight outside to photograph it. No doubt that will be sometime next year given what the weather is like at present!Sad
