Hi Bern, welcome to epz.
I'm not sure what sort of crit you are looking for here. It's a pretty standard passport photo, i.e. everything is equally in focus.
You could turn it into a portrait with some editing tricks and remove the paper detail running through it. But to be honest it's less work to just take another shot.
