...the second and the child becomes insistent for some reason and startles the Mother.
Good capture but i would have cloned out the branch in the background.....it is very distracting and tends to draw your eye away from the main topic. IMHO
I agree but I left it in on the first one I posted yesterday and was caught in the trap. Thanks for your comment Gordon.
Excellent again, the babe looks persistent Doug.
great eye contact. Lovely image.
Delightful capture and beautifully presented.

That's great news Dave, best of luck mate hope all goes well, and the next op will come along quicker than this one. I'm really well pleased for you.
Another good one Dougie. Interested to see what happens next!
The title is perfect. This is a candid portrait, and a good one.
Super composition, one full-face plus one profile.
Love the image but I do agree the donkey with a twig through its head is a little distracting (probably only because it has been pointed out but I can't stop looking at it now!!).
Great shot in every other department
eeyore eeyore ealways bights me there..lol
delightful image motherly love
I can just imagine you standing there for an hour watching these capers. A good candid Dougie and what a super little meadow.
Looking forward to the next instalment of a Tale of 2 Donkeys.
Dougie the plot thickens...Is he after some of her milk...LOL
Great shot..think the main characters in the photo Dougie draw the eye strait to them..so no problem with the stick..IMHO
They stand out well against that colourful f.g./b.g. Dougie.
This image expresses exactly what I always ment when I said in the past, I want only one day during which no one is calling me MAMA.
Meanwhile I'd be happy to hear it again!
Beautifully taken, love it.
