A light breeze had started to ripple the river by this time (about 10 minutes after my previous upload was taken) and the full length perfect reflections were gone.

Thanks Mark. I havnt had a chance to process in mono yet but a quick reduction of the saturation slider in Ps tells me it will convert well.

So different in landscape mode - and I particularly like the greater sense of distance here - so that the eye can wander off to the left, rather than just travel through the picture yesterday. Beautiful light, great colours and wonderful reflections - for me all the better for the ripples.
A superb shot that I have saved as a favourite as well as given my UA to.
Regards
Helen

It doesn't trump the portrait version but it's still an outstanding shot. Should make a great mono too.

I had somewhat lost you amongst the many others David, however after catching up once again, I was stunned to come across this superbly impressive and professional looking lowlight, beautifully exposed photography. A great point of view in which you have used to your full advantage in order to capture this stunning scene.
