Totally awesome shot. Has a feeling of silence of the lambs with a hint of the american western horror. If you don't know what I mean, I probably can't explain, they're just the words that I thought of whilst looking.
I think a less tight crop to associate the hand to the arm as it doesn't look like hers would be better. Or, a top that has sleeves to match up to the body...
