I hope you all agree that the sand is pin sharp; there isn't a bit of the photo that doesn't have sand in it! I like this shot as it shows motorsport at grass roots level without all the steel cages and barriers that usually exist - and still remains safe. Long may it continue - while recognising that bikes travelling at 200mph can't be viewed in the same way.

Not bad the rider is scott anderson taken at Mabo Smile deffo one of the fastest riders there
