Today I had no intention of taking any photos, but went for a wander around Norwich with my girlfriend and took my camera just in case. I was walking through the market and saw this man working away behind his stall and thought I would have to take his picture while he works. I asked him nicely and he happily obliged and carried on working.

After a few snaps I had what I needed and left him to it. I had a few plays in photoshop and this is what I came up with which I was very happy with.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my photo and as always all comments and critiques are much appreciated.

Cheers,

Matt

Lovely image, works very well in B+W, I like the natural vignette that has been created by the things around the frame, well done.

A superb portrait and I'm glad you asked to take this. I do like the b&w but I think I have a preference for the colour - after all, it's not too colourful and what colour there is works for me.
