Thanks for the comments on my previous upload
i am mostly after comments and advice really on this set as I have been asked to do a number of gig shoots and found the lighting a real challenge.
Have been asking about this in the forums so if you have any ideas or tips I would be happy to receive them
mind you it was a blinding night, great music and a band full of energy racketeers
Thanks as always

No. 1 taken from super angle. Pity the mike covers his face. The rest are a cracking set of images. Andy
Great set of great images.
Great set of shots Dianna... No. 3 is my favourite!!!
Excellent work Dianna, great series of images. Well captured and first class processing. Look a great band to see and dance too!
A Brilliant angle and light In V1 Dianna, and a lovely set ogf detailed images and lighting.
They look pretty good to me. Don't know what you're worried about
Doesn't look like you found it very challenging, this is a great set of images. I love the poses in v4.
Brilliant set, they seem to be very active on stage too,
Bas player gets the prize--- the trumpet player is amusing! super work!
thanks all for the comments and clicks, maybe they are not so bad after all then. I'll let you know if the band like them later in the week
Great photographs Dianna makes me wish I had a bigger camera.
These is an excellent series Diana,
thanks again Wim and Marc
I read "somewhere" that getting the light from behind to illuminate the head area is desireable (did I explain that right).
Also, I would try to not get the mike right in front of the face, move off to the side a bit.
Good luck with this, it looks a bit challenging, especially if there are a lot of band members in close proximity of each other.
A wonderful series Dianna
No.1 works the best for me, very effective viewpoint, and the lighting is great. Quite an atmospheric piece
thanks again all....
