For those who were curious about the whole rainbow; here it is, merged from 2 images because it was too big for the 17mm end of the lens.

I do, too, though the golden sunlight on the land is perhaps even more impressive in this version.

I love rainbows, so have quite a few soggy experiences, but this is wonderful, just to see the whole arc and that amazing light.
The full arc is impressive against the moody sky as the bad weather rolls towards you, glad you stood your ground long enough.
