The tones seem very compressed, and thereis a real halo effect on the horizon suggesting this has perhaps been overworked. the composition seems good though. Do you feel you had problems either exposure or processing this image?
I tried to gauge the final picture in my mind, the prime problem was that I was shooting into the sun, but I thought rule breaking was ideal for this shot. I did process slightly in photoshop elements 4, but not enough, I felt, to over compensate for the rule break.
