Shot in Urfa nearby Balikligöl (legendary pool of sacred fish).
Thank you all for the clicks and kind comments on my Coppersmith II, am especially thankful to Diggeo for his generous UA.
A super capture my friend. He looks, deep in thought at his studies , great black and white too. Best wishes to you Patty
A really great mono image
love the framing
I like the perspective, Nezih but a slight crop from the top would remove the modern strip light and wiring. The colour v2 is very grainy but this grain adds so well to the 'feel' of the mono v1.
I much prefer V1, Nezih. Once again the suitability for the subject of the monochrome injects a timeless feel to the atmosphere - except for the point that Dave makes above regarding the strip light.
Very nicely composed. We really get a feeling of quietness from this.
I like both, the colour in V2 is quiet and subdued. But V1 throws the background further back, concentrates on the man. Good composition/crop, a tall L-shape.
Subject matter is better suited for mono. Agree about the crop. Peter.
Very nice capture my friend. .
For me the mono image has more atmosphere. Well composted.
A great capture Nezih, V1 for me
amazing mono Nezih, just want to know what is that book in hands of man?
Version 1 for me.
V1 for me too
Well composed and atmospheric, Nezih!
Very nice image, great in mono.
Good processing Nezih.
And colour for me.

Thank you! I thought it was the Koran, but could be a prayer book of some sort, I cannot read arabic script.
V1 for me more powerful.
I think the B&W works well with this image, Nezih.
A very well observed, composed, exposed and captured image with a wonderful calming aura about it. The monochrome working especially well Nezih.

My thoughts too, Nezih.
Black and white working very well here, I do agree about the light but apart from that I find it very well taken
Very nice mono.
Lovely in colour but better in mono - a brilliant composition.
A super set of variants, Nezih, v1 for me, and the grittiness of the processing works well.
You have captured this serene gentleman in contemplation so well. I love the crop of him at the side of the frame. For me, it works beautifully in mono.
Excellent capture, I am in awe of your work Nezih, so beautiful.
