I enjoyed owning a land yacht like this 20 years ago. It was a Buick Electra 444 as I recall. Similar to this in size and also with rear fender skirts.
This photo gets points for interest, composition and information about a curious neighbourhood. Nice! TG

I'm not up on my classic car's so thanks tony for clarifying what it is as I didn't have the chance to see as I started getting harrased by a security guard Smile

Just had a look on the net it looks as if it's the 1972 225 it's a beauty.

Yes Jim, Mine was a 1972. I sold it to a vintage car buff...[restorer], and he was very happy to get it. I rescued it from an old guy who was letting it grow moss under trees in his back yard. I drove it for about two years. Was glad to pass it along as I knew gas prices were headed upwards. TG
