Looks OK to me, - though its better if we had the original to compare to. I noticed a spot on her neck, - dont know if its a blemish that the person has, or something else, but it could be removed. Also cropped as suggested above, and made the background white in a mod.

Yes, definately over the top. The whole picture has a red cast, look at the skin and white background. I see the idea you were trying to achieve but what I think may have gone wrong is that the hair area has not been selected properly and the red has bled into the rest of the picture giving the red cast.
