One from the other side, just a shame about that taxi getting into the shot.

Like the details and use of selective colour here Steve

Oooooooooooooooops

There is a controversial judicial decision about the concept of a black and white photo featuring a red bus on that bridge with the Parliament and the BigBen as a background.

It is considered breaking copyright.

The case of Temple Island Ltd (a souvenir maker in the UK) against New English Teas. Heard at the Patents County Court in London , January this year.

For me there isn't enough contrast in the B&W - there's too much grey.

Great capture. Very dramatic. Clouds are adding to the beauty of the image immensely. Deep

Taxi.....yes I take your point, but it's still a good capture and the processing is spot on

Oooops again....Pablo is right.
How anyone can copyright this type of iconic image defies belief.
It's a great shot and manipulation. Well done.
I'll support your case in courtWink

Yes it's a ridiculas thing about the copyright ruling, let's hope it gets overturned soon. But in the mean time I'm going to sue anyone who has taken any photos of Bristol landmarks and toned them blue. Wink

What would be really good though would be someone who did the same thing before the person who won the case sued him for breach of copyright. As these images have been done so many times I very much doubt he was the first.

Ha ha I just read that he spent 80 hours creating his image and I did mine in 30 minutes.
