Dahlia is a genus of bushy, tuberous, herbaceous perennial plants native to Mexico, Central America and Colombia. It belongs to the family of Asteraceae or Compositae, dicotyledonous plants, like species of sunflowers, daisy, chrysanthemum. This plant can rich up to 1 meter tall and it produces flowers in a great variety of colors. This one is red.
