I like the bright primary colours here Mark. At first I thought it was a pity to have so much plain sky in the pic but on second thoughts the addition of the white can be seen as adding a contrasting "colour". It is also good to have the round shapes of the blue thingys contrasted with the more linear shapes of the rest of the structure.
It is always difficult with this kind of photography to know what to inlcude and what to exclude, so the composition is just right. I think the composition would be stronger if you cropped a bit off the top - see my mod. At the moment the photo tends to peter out a bit as the vertical tubes go off out of the frame at the top. A closer crop gives greater prominence to the vertical tube which acts as a "stopper".
