Red soil is soil that has a reddish tinge as a result of the presence of iron compounds in it. Red soil can be low in nutrients, and the iron oxides in it can cause problems for plants.

As others have said above, beautiful coloration and that lovely broad sweeping curve really leads the eye into the rest of the composition. I would have liked to have seen a more feature-full sky, but I suppose Mother Nature never complies when we want her to! To be honest, I'm not keen on the ochre border, as I think the colour actually detracts from the rest of the strong image. I feel that it would stand alone well on a simple black background, but that's just a personal choice. Smile

The soil colour with the sun on it makes a wonderful image especially with the green of the trees.
I love it.

The curved path, very good effect, sustained in 3D by the nice palm trees. And what harmonious color palette!
