I was very privileged last week to be taken to a local wood by a member of my camera club to photograph red squirrels. These beautiful little creatures are sadly in decline in Northern Ireland as they are in the rest of the British Isles.
Many thanks for all the C&C on my last upload.

A real darling of a shot. Brilliant pose and smooth BG (hate the word bokeh). Right now you may be inundated with location requests.

Some nice tufts there.

Reds always better at this time of year for photography. About 6 weeks until I get to photograph them again! And again! And again!

Can never have too many photos of red squirrels. Now you've started you'll not be able to stop.

Sorry Jim, the person who took me there asked me not to tell anyone where it was. I have been told that you can see them in Carn Wood and I have also seen one at Helen's Tower.
