It's hard to figure the intent....!
Only clue seems to lay in the choice of categories & tags....!
So I'm guessing Erotic was/is the intent...
That said the image is ok, And well presented but not really strong enough...! Your main subject should grab the attention, And not be hidden behind the bubbles.....Needs to shout....
