My photo today was taken at Canterbury Cathedral when we visited in July this year. When I took this, I just loved the spiralling candle holder, the barbed wire around the candle, and the shadows that fall across the floor which is carved with the simple word..Remember. I never met my Grandad, who died in the Second World War, and all through my life I have bought a Poppy, just for him. So my picture is dedicated not only to my Grandad, but to all of the brave Men & Women who are still fighting to keep not only our country, but the world a safer place.
Thank you for your votes and comments on my last upload, Facing The Wall....as ever they are always appreciated.
Have a good weekend all, and thank you so much for looking!
Love Julie xx
