Up in the village of Goathland, sheep are quite happy to roam around freely amongst the visitors, but trying to get them to pose is another matter Sad Although the one in V1 appears to be posing for me, it was captured at a distance and at 300mm. The two in V2 were too busy nibbling grass...

A pair of very beautiful photographs, full of all the right ingredients, including a slice of quality, Version II is the winner for today.

You are probably aware Trev, that I am not the greatest sheep lover on site.
They are just SO BORING !! All they do all day is nibble grass, sleep,or give you
a glaiked look into the camera,so two out of three ain't bad here !!
Good shots.
Mick.

Have to say Trev, these are very hard to get the exposure correct, it is perfect on both and excellent detail.

Trev.

Bet he's glad of the warm wooly coat given the summer we have had.
