The dark overall presentation seems to enhance the sense of strength and power of the animal, Pete.

Fantastic looking image, rhinos always look good in mono and the texture background has worked well. Excelent use of light and shadow!

Works well, I like it.

I have a Rhino image just like it and will give this a try too. More inspiration, thanks.

Steve.

A fabulous animal - wonderful textures in the hide, and I was reminded of this. Are there hippos at the zoo too?

Real good toning !

Maybe do a version with some small surreal element added (mmm, maybe a snail under the rhino) and it does remind of Giedrojc.
