Guess you all know where this is...
I'm sure it's been done to death but just had to give it a pop while I was in Venice.
This is a composite of 6 images put together to try and get rid of all of those tourists and boats... 20 sec exposure helped

This place is never "empty" of people as i can recall. Fab shot.
Not often it looks as quiet as this. Pity about the advertisement but they seem to do a lot of this - the Bridge of Sighs was ruined by advertising for Lancia recently, not that it would persuade me to buy one, quite the opposite in fact. This is a beautiful tranquil image with well controlled exposure.
