Theres a really nice image trying to get out here Averil. You did well to see the potential, - the colours are gorgeous, and with the shadows darkened, it really pops.
Making the shadows darker involves making black = black, and this also has the effect of intensifying the colours.
With this tweak, and sharpening, you have a lovely print. The version Ive uploaded is cropped to a more panoramic format, to try to9 make something of that arc of blue coming across the top. View large.
