Looks a little underexposed to me. The image is there and compositionally it works. The twig in the LH corner is a little distracting.
Next time don't stop down so much, try f16 where your lens will be sharper and try to get the exposure so that the histogram is pushed up to but not over the right hand side.
I've added a mod to try and illustrate what I mean.
Boyd has pretty much nailed the critque, Ive added a mod to let you see how you can play a bit in photoshop. Nice one Matt.
