Yet another image from out visit to the Glen Coe area last month.
I seem to have more photos of the River Ba than anywhere else from that trip, probably because it was the best weather we had while there so apologies if I upload a few more of this location. Although, as you can probably tell from the sky, it rained soon afterwards ![]()
Many thanks for your votes and comments on my last upload.

I reckon the weather was "fine" - it's produced a nice result.
My only query is the rock: would it have been better to shoot from a few inches higher, and nhave it outlined against the darker green, rather than cutting across the light green and into the hillside?
Charlie Waite recommends a stepladder as a landscapist's accessory...
And I know it's easy to be wise after the event!
Well worth a vote.
The weather has certainly made the greens lusher than they otherwise would have been, Sue, and that sky is perfect for the dramatic look it gives the image.

A super moody landscape, Sue...and certainly an ominous looking sky! The small rock to the left popping up out of the water and the large rock to the right balance the image very nicely ![]()

A lovely composition Sue, the Rock being so perfectly placed in the shot. Phil must've done His Back in moving it in possition for you ![]()
