Another adventure into HDR, I am quite pleased with the result as it is close to the picture I visualised. It is taken on the River Don in Attercliffe between Sheffield and Rotherham which is part of the Trans Pennine Trail. I bracketed three exposures and used Photomatix to process the Raw files then a tweak in Elements just to finish it off. This is a very old industrial part of the South Yorkshire area but it shows there are potential locations within what it quite a gloomy landscape.

Only HDR treatment could manage to make the River Don look romantic!
